Completely agree! I have talked to one most courteous CSRs from Amex and some of the worst CSRs from some leading banks. Some of the CSRs were not interested to help at all and just wanted to disconnect the call and then there were some who chatted about leading issues while they were taking my request. I guess this is an important place where the bank can connect with the customer and help to gain word of mouth.
