Agreed! There is a new neo bank that has been started ops recently but they don't have an option of Video KYC yet. It has already been more than 15 days but no one has contacted me about the physical KYC yet. I guess a missed opportunity.
At the same time, it should be properly implemented. Last week, I have completed the video KYC for a credit card application in a leading bank but now the bank has no clue what has gone wrong. As per them, I have not completed the KYC and I have already submitted proof that video KYC has been completed. 1 week has gone and they are not able to resolve it. So, rather test it properly than starting half baked system.
